FDA Sells Out Your Health In Support of Merck and Gardasil HPV Vaccine

A while back we shared with you some information which the folks at SaneVax uncovered about Viral HPV DNA contaminant found in the Gardasil HPV Vaccine.  This is a problem and DOES post a health threat because aside from the DNA being attached to aluminum which has an affinity for the brain and has been implicated in issues of alzhemiers and neuro degeneration?

‘Recombinant DNA’ is a DNA that has been artificially attached to DNA from another species or a man-made DNA construct, in other words, genetically modified.  ‘Recombinant DNA,’ also known as genetically modified DNA, is considered a biohazard.  This is what states, drug companies, doctors and other medical professionals what you to inject into your children.

Now, the FDA thinks it’s ok, and does not post a threat to your health.

Drug Companies Are Sexualizing Our Kids!

Recently, there has been a vast amount of media coverage exposing many leading stores sexualizing children through the marketing of inappropriate clothing. Mini skirts, crop tops, and sexy under-wear for primary school children, even high heels for toddlers fill the shelves, leaving parents shocked and outraged.

One little girl Suri Cruise, the daughter of Tom Cruise, is often seen teetering around in high heels whilst wearing bright red lip gloss at the tender age of five. In fact this very young child even has her own ‘fashion blog’, showing interested readers her vast array of tiny high heels whilst sharing her latest fashion tips.

Whilst many parents appear outraged by this seemingly blatant sexploitation of such a young child and are sharing their feelings of disgust on various blogs around the internet, the same emotion evades parents completely when it comes to vaccination. Parents are only too happy to have their little darlings vaccinated with the latest must have vaccine for sexually transmitted diseases and happily sign consent forms without giving it a second thought.

Why is it, that there is not the same level of disgust and outrage when drug companies recommend children from birth vaccinations for sexual diseases? Don’t American parents realize that the government has mandated a vaccination for a venereal disease at birth?

In fact Dr Judith Reisman goes as far as to say these vaccines are little more than ‘condoms in the veins’.

The US government insists that children are vaccinated with the Hepatitis B vaccine on the day that they are born. Hepatitis B is a STD or SEXUALLY TRANSMITTED DISEASE therefore, it is highly unlikely that a tiny baby is going to come into contact with this disease unless they have shared needles, had sex with an infected person or has received contaminated blood.

This being the case, the only possible way that a newborn baby can get Hepatitis B is by having an infected mother give birth to them. So why is the US government insistent that all babies are vaccinated? Why do they not simply identify pregnant mothers who have the disease and vaccinate just those babies? Or better still not give this highly toxic and dangerous vaccination at all?

Dr Reisman is clearly disgusted by what she sees and states:

“Just look at child vaccines. The more pornography and sexology increase juvenile sexual activity, the more big pharma can step in with an Hepatitis B vaccine for infants. HepB is a sexually transmitted disease, and there is no reason to give the vaccine to babies. But big pharma has been making a fortune on it ever since states have begun mandating that all of our little darlings, with their wee tiny hearts and lungs and no immune system functioning, be shot up with it (and recently small girls with Human Papilloma Virus, HPV vaccines) all in the name of protecting them. What we don’t want to do is turn off the pornography flood (no administration has chosen to do that) because it fuels so many other things. And in the wings are vaccines for syphilis and gonorrhea and a whole host of other sexually transmitted diseases.”

She is a strong lady with powerful views and I believe she is correct in her assumptions.

At the ages of nine through twelve, young girls and boys are now recommended the HPV vaccine. Once again this vaccine, according to the manufacturers Merck and GlaxoSmithKline, is for an STD which has been said to cause cervical cancer. I say ‘said to cause cervical cancer’, as there appears to be very little evidence available to support this theory.

Dr Sin Hang Lee who now works with the group Sane Vax says:

The current type-specific HPV vaccines have claimed to be almost 100% effective against infection by HPV-16 and HPV-18, and perhaps also against HPV-31 and HPV-45 infections. However, we do not know if these four HPV types are the most prevalent carcinogenic HPV genotypes in the US. According to two published reports – one by the CDC, HPV-52 not HPV-16 or HPV-18 was found to be the most prevalent “carcinogenic” genotype infecting young American women.

It is not transient HPV infections, but a persistent high-risk HPV infection that may initiate cervical cancer… Therefore, it is the persistent infection, not the virus that determines cervical cancer risk.

Governor Brown Signs Parent’s Worst Nightmare into Law – Gives Custody of 12 Year Olds to the State

Oct 20: The fatality of a 14 year old California girl was entered into the VAERS database on August 23, 2011 – 134 days after her death in April. The latest Gardasil victim died of cardiac arrest 14 days after vaccination.  According to VAERS report # 430780 , the adolescent was vaccinated on March 28, had no other life-threatening illnesses, and received no other vaccinations.

The VAERS write up includes this statement: “Found dead in bed in a.m. by family. Pathologist stated cause of death as consistent with cardiac insufficiency, due to cardiac arrhythmia, due to probable early cardiomyopathy. Child Death Review Team felt this death was consistent with a diagnosis of sudden cardiac death.”

The untimely and sad passing of this innocent previously healthy young girl now marks the 4th death post-HPV vaccination in the state of California. Janny Stokvis, VAERS Analyst for SANE Vax Inc. who found the latest VAERS fatality also reports that there have been 1548 adverse injuries* from Gardasil and Cervarix reported in the state.

The Government of California now has Custody of 12 year old Children

SANE Vax Inc. wants to know, “Governor Brown – were you aware of the mounting injuries and deaths of innocent, previously healthy adolescents in the state of California before you signed AB 499 into law last week?”

The bill, sponsored by pharmaceutical giant Merck – the manufacturer of Gardasil, allows health care providers in the state of California to by-pass parental consent giving children as young as 12 years old the ‘power’ to consent to Gardasil without their parents’ knowledge. How many more families will have to find their loved ones dead in their beds – before the governor realizes that the HPV vaccines are posing serious threats to the children of California?

Although the threat to parental informed consent is a huge issue – there are other serious allegations about AB 499 regarding wasteful taxpayer expenditures in a financially disparate state, the relationship between the bill’s sponsor and Merck, and the states prerogative to strip parents of their right and responsibilities.

Was money passed under the table to convince you to sign this bill into law? How can you turn your back on the very parents/families whose rights you have historically defended over your years in office? What happened to responsibility, accountability and government transparency?

SANE Vax Inc. is tired of the rhetoric surrounding the HPV vaccine issue.  Peer-reviewed analysis and studies many of them on the FDA, NCI and CDC web sites point out the dangers of many of the vaccine ingredients including the potential for the HPV vaccines to increase the risk for pre-cancerous lesions if adolescents have been previously exposed to the human papillomavirus and then get vaccinated: 44.6% increase post Gardasil; 32.5% post Cervarix.

In addition, SANE Vax Inc. has spent the last month informing the US, UK, European and Australian medical regulators of a Gardasil contaminant from a genetically engineered HPV DNA virus in 100% of the vials tested.  The lab tests showed that all doses were contaminated with recombinant (genetically modified) DNA fragments firmly attached to the aluminum adjuvant, making it much easier for them to pass into the body’s cells, potentially causing cellular mutations leading to cancer or a wide variety of autoimmune disorders, as well as passing through the blood-brain barrier risk causing strokes, brain damage, encephalitis, meningitis and death – all reactions reported to VAERS after administration of this ‘potentially’ dangerous vaccine.

Until April 2011, all promotional material relating to Gardasil® both prior to and after its licensure, assured medical consumers that there was no viral DNA contaminating this vaccine.

Governor Brown your salary is paid by taxpayers. You are charged with the mission of protecting the health and safety of the citizens of California. Unless you can explain your motives when you signed AB 499 your actions will demonstrate that you violated federal vaccine safety law requiring informed consent by a parent for any vaccine delivered to a child. And you will be remembered as One More Governor who betrayed the trust of your electorate.

Gardasil injury victims hold press conference at GOP debate

When Governor Rick Perry mandated the HPV vaccine in Texas, the response from the public and the legislature was a clear one, that families are the ones that should be making the decisions what pharmaceuticals to give their children, not government officials, and his mandate was quickly struck down. Last week Californians began learning that Governor Jerry Brown had quietly signed into law AB499 that gave children as young as 12 the decision making responsibility of whether or not to receive the HPV vaccine, removing the right of parents to even know the vaccine was given. This statute violates federal vaccine safety law requiring fully informed consent by a parent for any vaccine delivered to a child and is completely inappropriate given that the vaccine that has a 30 page package insert that no 12 year old could comprehend and is undergoing a new round of scrutiny as to its safety and effectiveness.

Gardasil: Unsafe at Any Age

Pharmaceutical company Merck has attempted to expand the use of Gardasil to older women, but the FDA has put up a roadblock.

Gardasil, the vaccine used to prevent HPV in young women under 25 years of age is once again in the spotlight. While manufacturer Merck has attempted to expand its use to older women, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has stopped Merck’s efforts to extend use of the vaccine in women up to age 45. The FDA has concerns about possible side effects of the drug which has been tied to over “49 deaths along with countless negative reactions that have led to hospitalizations and crippled health,” as reported by Anthony Gucciardi for activistpost.com.

The FDA claims that Merck’s clinical data failed to demonstrate the effectiveness of Gardasil in women 27 to 45 years old. As a result, Merck must also change the label on the vaccine that states, the product “has not been demonstrated to prevent HPV-related cervical intraepithelial neoplasia 2/3 or worse in women older than 26 years of age.”

Since its release, Gardasil has met with controversy over its effectiveness and safety for women of any age. Recently, tests produced the disturbing finding of rDNA inside the vaccine vials collected from the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Spain, Poland, and France. SANE Vax, a vaccine research organization, tested vials of Gardasil to learn why the vaccine has resulted in so many deaths and adverse health reactions. They found more than a dozen of the Gardasil vaccine vials were contaminated with the rDNA of the human Papillomavirus Virus (HPV).

This rDNA does not occur naturally and has serious implications. It is the result of genetically modified HPV virus, a heavily altered form of HPV, added to the vaccine during the manufacturing process.

Even FDA Stops Merck’s Gardasil Expansion

The Food and Drug Administration, a very pro-vaccine government organization, has stopped Merck’s attempts to increase the approved age range for death-linked HPV vaccine Gardasil to 45. It appears that even the FDA is concerned about the effects of the Gardasil immunization, which has been tied to over 49 deaths along with countless negative reactions that have led to hospitalizations and crippled health.

The FDA stated that clinical data presented by Merck, the creator of the vaccine, failed to show that Gardasil effectively prevented infections in women 27 to 45 years old. This is particularly shocking due to the fact that pharmaceutical companies oftentimes illegally alter the numeric turnouts of studies regarding the effectiveness and safety of their drugs and immunizations. What this means is that in the event Merck smeared the results, they were still unconvincing enough to pass by the FDA, an agency that allows for genetically modified foods to be consumed by United States despite the warnings of health experts and major studies worldwide.

The rejection will also lead to changes on the Gardasil label. The label will now state that the product ”has not been demonstrated to prevent HPV-related cervical intraepithelial neoplasia 2/3 or worse in women older than 26 years of age,” says Merck.

Gardasil is dangerous and ineffective at all ages

Gardasil, of course, is highly ineffective and unsafe at any age. One recently compelling piece of evidence against the Gardasil vaccine is the finding of rDNA inside the vaccine vials. SANE Vax, a vaccine research organization, tested vials of Gardasil to get a better understanding as to why the vaccine has resulted in so many deaths and adverse health reactions. What they found was that more than a dozen of the Gardasil vaccine vials studied were contaminted with the rDNA of the human Papillomavirus  Virus (HPV).

This rDNA is not naturally occurring, and has serious implications. It is the result of genetically modified HPV virus, meaning a heavily altered form of HPV is actually added to the vaccine during its manufacturing process.

In addition, the vials were not only found within the United States. Vials were also collected from Australia, New Zealand, Spain, Poland and France.

Dr. Lee, the pathologist who ran the tests, explained:

Natural HPV DNA does not remain in the bloodstream for very long. However, the HPV DNA in Gardasil is not ‘natural’ DNA. It is a recombinant HPV DNA (rDNA) — genetically engineered — to be inserted into yeast cells for VLP (virus-like-particle) protein production. rDNA is known to behave differently from natural DNA. It may enter a human cell, especially in an inflammatory lesion caused by the effects of the aluminum adjuvant, via poorly understood mechanisms. Once a segment of recombinant DNA is inserted into a human cell, the consequences are hard to predict.

Dr. Sin Hang Lee: A Case Study in Ethics Don’t Pay

SANE Vax Inc. was organized to provide medical consumers with all of the information they need to make informed choices about vaccines, HPV vaccines in particular. Dr. Sin Hang Lee, Director of Milford Medical Laboratory Inc. has been instrumental in our efforts to raise consumer awareness regarding safe and effective cervical cancer prevention and the scientific facts in relation to the international HPV vaccine controversy.

Because of studies submitted to the FDA prior to approval of HPV vaccines indicating there was a substantial increase in pre-cancerous lesions for those who had already been exposed to vaccine-relevant genotypes of HPV before they were injected with Gardasil® or Cervarix®, Dr. Lee agreed to offer his cutting edge technology HPV genotyping test to medical consumers throughout the United States to protect those who were considering HPV vaccination so they could avoid that potential risk. The decision was announced to the public via a BusinessWire Press Release on 20 September 2010.

In the fall of 2010, without Dr. Lee’s knowledge or having an opportunity to defend himself, the newly appointed Chairperson of the Pathology Department at Milford Hospital informed the hospital’s credentialing committee that she was not recommending for approval or supporting Dr. Lee’s application for renewal of his medical staff privileges. For those who do not know, medical staff privileges at a hospital are a major asset to a medical doctor and they establish the relationship that permits among other things, the doctor to practice at a particular hospital.  When medical staff privileges at a hospital are revoked or not renewed, the doctor no longer has permission to practice at the hospital or use its facilities.  The non-renewal of the medical staff privileges, may also adversely affect the doctor’s license to practice medicine. In Dr. Lee’s case, the non-renewal of his medical staff privileges at Milford Hospital is under appeal.

Although Dr. Lee still maintains his medical staff privileges during the appeal, his position as director of the laboratory was summarily terminated along with his employment relationship at Milford Hospital on December 13, 2010 and he has been prevented from using the hospital’s laboratory to continue  his testing and research there ever since that time.  A lawsuit addressing the wrongful termination claim has been brought against the Milford Hospital.

While the hospital-based appeal hearings and the lawsuit are pending, Dr. Lee’s research and testing and the operation of his world class, CLIA certified molecular diagnostic laboratory at the Milford Hospital have all been significantly hindered and obstructed.  Dozens of opportunities for Dr. Lee to test Gardasil samples for contaminants have been lost as the hospital has redirected and/or returned vaccine lots sent to and intended for Dr. Lee back to the senders or other locations.  Dr. Lee and his attorneys are pursuing all available legal remedies to restore the testing laboratory as soon as possible in order to protect the public health, safety and well being.

In addition to his efforts to make sure those who choose to use HPV vaccines are able to protect themselves from a potential increased risk of pre-cancerous lesions due to prior exposure to vaccine-relevant HPV, Dr. Lee also allowed SANE Vax Inc. to offer his HPV DNA sequencing technology to those unfortunate enough to have experienced abnormal pap tests after HPV vaccination. SANE Vax Inc. believes these medical consumers have a right to know what genotypes of HPV are associated with their abnormal cells. If they are vaccine-relevant genotypes, the vaccine did not work for them. If they are not vaccine-relevant genotypes, perhaps the manufacturer targeted the wrong genotypes for their geographic area. Either way, medical consumers have a right to know.

Through the donation of his laboratory facilities, time and effort, Dr. Lee was able to confirm the contamination of Gardasil® with recombinant HPV DNA firmly attached to the aluminum adjuvant contained in the vaccine. As the mother of a girl who has suffered injury due to the Gardasil, the HPV vaccine, I know first hand how important the Victims Hotline at SANEVAX.ORG is. We live in a small city in Wyoming with limited medical resources. When my daughter became ill in March of 2011, the medical community in our community was unable and unwilling to treat her. At the time, I was desperate, frustrated, angry, confused and scared but the support and information I received from the hotline volunteers gave me real hope that my daughter would recover. I will never be able to thank the Hotline volunteers enough for their willingness to help, to listen, and most of all, to share what they knew from their own personal experiences. The five things you really need to know about HPV vaccines

After the political tempest about Gardasil and mandatory HPV vaccinations, CNN posted an article about the things they claimed should be known. The article contended that the HPV vaccine controversy was mostly political and that HPV vaccines were safe. It also noted that we have been vaccinating children for many years.

For those who prefer the truth over mainstream propaganda, here are five things you really need to know about HPV vaccines:

1. Merck needed a new cash cow to replace the billions in profits lost due to Vioxx finally being pulled from the market after it caused upwards of 50,000 deaths. Gardasil was selected to become the new cash cow and, just like happened with Vioxx, Merck has resorted to rigged and misreported study results and hidden evidence of harm.

Initial Merck safety tests used a placebo, which was identical to the Gardasil vaccine minus only the HPV virus components – instead of a truly benign placebo such as saline solution. The placebo contained highly toxic aluminum, polysorbate 80 and sodium borate – items whose side effects are markedly similar to those being experienced after Gardasil injections.

Actual trial data for Gardasil reveals that a shocking 73.3 percent of the participants who received Gardasil acquired a new medical condition ranging from flu-like symptoms to paralysis. Almost 60% had systemic reactions. The “placebo” recipients had similar results, but obviously no mere saline solution would have produced even a fraction of such reactions.

2. Studies have actually shown that Gardasil and its sister vaccine Cervarix (from GlaxoSmithKline) provide no protection for women already exposed to the HPV virus, and in fact present highly elevated risks for already exposed women as well as for expectant mothers. When the vaccine is administered to a woman with a dormant or harmless form of HPV, her likelihood of developing precancerous lesions increases by a staggering 44.6 percent.

The Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) has reported 45 cases of spontaneous abortion, or miscarriage, following Gardasil vaccination. At the time the vaccine was approved, five babies had been born with congenital birth defects after their mothers had been given Gardasil compared to zero in a placebo group. Later reports put the number of birth defects in the vaccinated group closer to 40.

3. Vaccination safety organization SANE Vax announced that they discovered that Gardasil has been contaminated with a substance many government health and safety agencies classify as a bio-hazard. HPV recombinant DNA (rDNA) was found in 100% of the 13 samples which had different lot numbers and came from New Zealand, Australia, Spain, Poland, France, and three states in the U.S.

4. Due to lack of prescribing information furnished to doctors by Merck, doctors are reluctant to report adverse events and other factors; actual deaths and adverse events for Gardasil are hugely under-reported. It has been estimated that only 10% of adverse events for other vaccines are reported. With Gardasil the estimates range as low as 1%.

5. Anyone who doubts that Gardasil has caused deaths and permanent injuries and devastated families should check out the SANE Vax vaccine safety site (www.sanevax.org). The site, created by mothers of daughters killed or injured by HPV vaccines, details story after story illustrating the harm HPV vaccines can cause.

Behind Gardasil’s trail of deception is a very large and mostly hidden trail of tears. Parents and the general public richly deserve to be told the full truth to keep that trail from leading to an ever larger ocean of suffering.
