Vietnam has chosen pap screening over HPV vaccines because, as the article states, “In matters pertaining to life and death, it is imperative to choose the sure thing and, by definition, it is dangerous to choose otherwise.”
It is unfortunate our own FDA and CDC do not feel the same way.
