Minister for Health, Mary Harney, is asking Irish parents to include their young daughters in a massive vaccination programme using the Gardasil vaccine, one of the most controversial vaccines to date.

But it is parents, not the health minister, who are responsible for protecting their children.

And they are not being given all the information to allow them to make an informed decision that will genuinely protect, and not harm, their daughters.

For several years now the Mother’s Alliance Ireland (MAI) has been trying to get the truth and the facts out to mothers especially, to health officials and politicians, using information leaflets, public meetings, letters to the media, and so on.

Gardasil is falsely described, again and again, as a ‘cervical cancer vaccine.’ It supposedly counters a risk posed by the often sexually transmitted human papilloma virus (HPV).

We in SANE Vax Inc. are an international group of health advocates. Our aim is to let parents and officials know both sides of the HPV vaccine story. They need to know, for example, that:

78 deaths and 18,848 adverse events have been reported after HPV vaccinations, according to the Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System

HPV does not cause cervical cancer; repeated infections by the same strain of HPV may be linked to cervical cancer.

No one knows which strains of HPV are common in any given region; therefore, current HPV vaccines may not offer any protection in your locale.

Over 70% of the people who participated in HPV vaccine clinical trials experienced a new medical condition, or adverse event, after vaccination.

Serious adverse events reported to date include: auto-immune disorders, paralysis, Guilliane Barre Syndrome, seizures, migraines, blindness, temporary interruption of vision, hearing loss, memory loss, inability to concentrate, brain fog, symptoms of chemically induced menopause; including facial hair, disruption of menses, drastic mood swings, hormone imbalance, painful menstruation, poly cystic ovarian syndrome, circulation issues, heart palpitations, numbness, fainting, drop in blood pressure, chest pains, and death.

The best estimates to date state the length of protection offered by Gardasil is between 5 and 7 years.

Against all this, cervical cancer rates in the United States have been reduced by 70% since Pap screening was introduced, and they continue to drop by 5% per year. Surely screening, then, is the way forward in fighting cervical cancer.

Yet Irish politicians and government health officials prefer to subject young girls to all these potential side effects, when Pap screening has been shown to be safe and effective. Why?

The Health and Wellness website reports that one of the ingredients in Gardasil is Polysorbate 80, a food additive. “Injected into prepubescent rats,” says the site, it “caused a rapid growth of reproductive organs, but growth was abnormal and the rats were sterile, unable to have children.”
