Note from SaneVax: This article goes on to state there is a significant possibility HPV vaccines will prove ineffective in the future. Vietnam has chosen pap screening over HPV vaccines because, as the article states, “In matters pertaining to life and death, it is imperative to choose the sure thing and, by definition, it is dangerous to choose otherwise.”
