MILFORD, Conn., Sep 20, 2010 (BUSINESS WIRE) — S.A.N.E. Vax, Inc. and Dr. Sin Hang Lee, on behalf of Milford Medical Laboratory, have agreed to offer a reliable human papillomavirus (HPV) genotyping test using a PCR system with short target DNA sequencing for safe vaccination practice.

Recognizing the alleged flaw in the two FDA-approved HPV tests, the National Cancer Institute (NCI) has awarded a contract to a Dutch diagnostic laboratory to perform “reliable genotyping using a PCR system with short target sequences” for the HPV isolated from biopsy samples collected in the NCI.

S.A.N.E. Vax, Inc. is a non-profit organization founded to promote safe, affordable, necessary and effective vaccines and vaccination practices. Dr. Lee said, “Milford Medical Laboratory will perform nested PCR with short target DNA sequencing for HPV genotyping on liquid-based cytology samples referred by S.A.N.E. Vax, Inc. at $50 per sample. Most health insurance companies will reimburse this cost.”

The fate of all girls from 12 to 18 years in the European Union, to be injected with the Gardasil vaccine against cervical cancer, is held by a number of 27 government officials, one per country.

The European Union has 27 Member States. Every Member State has one representative in ‘The Committee for Medicinal Products for Human Use (CHMP)’.

After evaluation by the CHMP, Sanofi Pasteur MSD, was licensed by the European Commission in 2006, the marketing of the Gardasil vaccine for the U.S. based company MERCK & CO, Inc., so to inject all girls in the age of 12 – 18 years old with it, within the 27 countries of the European Union.

With the consent of abovementioned officials (one per country) and without prior decision of the responsible ministers of the 27 Member States, Gardasil vaccines, produced by the American company MERCK & CO, Inc., may be injected in all European girls from 12 – 18 years old in the 27 countries of the European Union. This means that in today’s Europe, with open borders, in 27 countries the fate of all girls in the age between 12 and 18 years is in the hands of 27 officials. For Belgium, this official is Mr. Pieter Neels. Mr. Neels does not know the chemical composition of Gardasil, which has been and will be injected three times in every girl, aged 12 – 18.

As factual proof, please read the attached e-mail, dated September 17, 2010 written by Mr. A.M.L. van Rooij, Recognized Safety Manager by the European Union, on behalf of the No Cancer Foundation (read here). If Mr. Neels doesn’t know the chemical composition, the other 26 members, representing the member states, don’t know the composition either. Herewith it has actually been established that not only Mr. Neels, but also the officials, representing the other 26 member states, have violated very seriously Rule 168 (Title XIV, Public Health), Article 169 (TITLE XIV, consumer protection) and Article 191 (TITLE XX Environment) of the Lisbon Treaty, dated December 1st, 2009.

In case Mr. Pieter Neels has not produced the chemical composition, as requested by Safety Manager Mr. A.M.L. van Rooij in his e-mail dated September 17, 2010 (read here) within 48 hours of today, No Cancer Foundation will file a complaint with the European Commission against the above mentioned officials in all Member States, because of a very serious violation of the above mentioned articles of the Treaty of Lisbon, which came into force December 1st, 2009. This press release will be part of that complaint.

Police book absconding doctor for culpable homicide

Sunil Sharma can’t believe his twin daughters Avika and Anika are no more. The textile merchant from Ghaziabad had never imagined that a measles vaccine at a private nursing home in the town would take the life of the his nine-month-old daughters.
Sunil claims his daughters died minutes after being administered the vaccine, usually given when a baby is nine months old, at Divya Nursing Home. Akhil Sharma, an uncle of the twins, said: “I took them for the vaccination around 6 pm on Wednesday. They were given the vaccination around 7.15 pm. In 15 minutes, the children started breathing heavily. We rushed to the doctor who gave them oxygen. But the babies had died by them. Still Dr Satyaveer Singh referred them to Sarvodya Hospital.”

“My wife fainted on hearing about the death of our daughters. She could not believe the news,” said Sunil, who stays in Swarnjayanti Puram.

The family soon gathered at the hospital and sought an explanation. When the doctors failed to provide a satisfactory explanation for the deaths, they lodged a complaint. The Ghaziabad police have registered an FIR at the Kavi Nagar police station against Dr Satyaveer Singh under Section 304 of the IPC for culpable homicide not amounting to murder.

Binding can be read in real time, instead of after days or weeks of laboratory analysis, meaning the nanotube molecular imprinting technique could pave the way for biosensors capable of detecting human papillomavirus or other viruses weeks sooner than available diagnostic techniques currently allow. As opposed to searching for the HPV antibody or cell-mediated immune responses after initial infection, the nanotube sensor can track the HPV protein directly. In addition, no chemical marker is required by the label-free electrochemical detection methods.
