The average person that consents to a vaccine injection, either for themselves or for their children, genuinely believes it is for the betterment of health. What they are not aware of is that even their doctor is likely unfamiliar with the toxic ingredients contained in vaccines which can immediately begin to degrade both short- and long-term health. If your doctor insists that vaccines are safe, then they should have absolutely no problem in signing this form so that you may archive it for your own records in the event of an adverse reaction.

I am looking for assistance for a family court case with my 4 year old son. It was agreed upon before my son’s father and I split up not to Vaccinate any further. I even have a Vaccination record from before I moved out where it states at the top not to vaccinate our child. Now 3 years later after he is married he has tried to hide doctor appointments and set them up with his step son who is 6 months older and have his wife take our child and him not even attend. I’m fighting this in court and need any assistance to help win against the court forcing me to vaccinate our child. Haha, this is laughable. Children need vaccines to be able to go to a public school. It probably was needed for him to attend and all your doing is trying to fight it. Let me guess you were vaccinated…..
Don’t take the vax but take them to school each day, you are covered because you try to take to school, my opion
