Governor Brown Signs Parent’s Worst Nightmare into Law Gives Custody of 12 Year Olds to the State

The fatality of a 14 year old California girl was entered into the VAERS database on August 23, 2011 – 134 days after her death in April. The latest Gardasil victim died of cardiac arrest 14 days after vaccination. According to VAERS report # 430780 , the adolescent was vaccinated on March 28, had no other life-threatening illnesses, and received no other vaccinations.
The VAERS write up includes this statement: “Found dead in bed in a.m. by family. Pathologist stated cause of death as consistent with cardiac insufficiency, due to cardiac arrhythmia, due to probable early cardiomyopathy. Child Death Review Team felt this death was consistent with a diagnosis of sudden cardiac death.”
The untimely and sad passing of this innocent previously healthy young girl now marks the 4th death post-HPV vaccination in the state of California. Janny Stokvis, VAERS Analyst for SANE Vax Inc. who found the latest VAERS fatality also reports that there have been 1548 adverse injuries* from Gardasil and Cervarix reported in the state.

The Government of California now has Custody of 12 year old Children
SANE Vax Inc. wants to know, “Governor Brown – were you aware of the mounting injuries and deaths of innocent, previously healthy adolescents in the state of California before you signed AB 499 into law last week?”
The bill, sponsored by pharmaceutical giant Merck – the manufacturer of Gardasil, allows health care providers in the state of California to by-pass parental consent giving children as young as 12 years old the ‘power’ to consent to Gardasil without their parents’ knowledge. How many more families will have to find their loved ones dead in their beds – before the governor realizes that the HPV vaccines are posing serious threats to the children of California?
Although the threat to parental informed consent is a huge issue – there are other serious allegations about AB 499 regarding wasteful taxpayer expenditures in a financially disparate state, the relationship between the bill’s sponsor and Merck, and the states prerogative to strip parents of their right and responsibilities.
Was money passed under the table to convince you to sign this bill into law? How can you turn your back on the very parents/families whose rights you have historically defended over your years in office? What happened to responsibility, accountability and government transparency?
SANE Vax Inc. is tired of the rhetoric surrounding the HPV vaccine issue. Peer-reviewed analysis and studies many of them on the FDA, NCI and CDC web sites point out the dangers of many of the vaccine ingredients including the potential for the HPV vaccines to increase the risk for pre-cancerous lesions if adolescents have been previously exposed to the human papillomavirus and then get vaccinated: 44.6% increase post Gardasil; 32.5% post Cervarix.
In addition, SANE Vax Inc. has spent the last month informing the US, UK, European and Australian medical regulators of a Gardasil contaminant from a genetically engineered HPV DNA virus in 100% of the vials tested. The lab tests showed that all doses were contaminated with recombinant (genetically modified) DNA fragments firmly attached to the aluminum adjuvant, making it much easier for them to pass into the body’s cells, potentially causing cellular mutations leading to cancer or a wide variety of autoimmune disorders, as well as passing through the blood-brain barrier risk causing strokes, brain damage, encephalitis, meningitis and death – all reactions reported to VAERS after administration of this ‘potentially’ dangerous vaccine.
Until April 2011, all promotional material relating to Gardasil® both prior to and after its licensure, assured medical consumers that there was no viral DNA contaminating this vaccine.
Governor Brown your salary is paid by taxpayers. You are charged with the mission of protecting the health and safety of the citizens of California. Unless you can explain your motives when you signed AB 499 your actions will demonstrate that you violated federal vaccine safety law requiring informed consent by a parent for any vaccine delivered to a child. And you will be remembered as One More Governor who betrayed the trust of your electorate.
Technically, it’s seizure of parental authority, not custody. Practically, it’s the same thing, except the minor in question does not reside _with_ the state, is not cared for, provided for, or even under observation for adverse effects of the Gardasil vaccine. The only ways this can possibly be at all legal is if either the State of California assumes parental responsibility (as this article states) or hands limited power of attorney _to the minor child_, an act which would be shocking for the purpose of buying a cell phone, getting a tattoo, or going to a tanning salon. Well, it’s not MY state, so I’ll just watch the local state legislature, in case they come down with a case of the California political stupids, too.
As a grandmother, I am so angry that the medical profession is turning a blind eye to the dangers of the numerous vaccines given to our children today. How can they be so blind? The information has been there from the beginning, especially with Guardasil and other danger vaccines, altered in the 90’s. Chicken pox was annoying, but the vaccine for this illness contains fetal cells from an aborted male baby. Having another person’s DNA cells injected into your body causes big problems, cancer being the biggest risk. All of these altered and new vaccines are dangerous and our children are being used as guinea pigs. So many children are sick and suffering, with their immune systems being inundated with so many viruses from vaccines. Thank God the information is now readily available. VACCINETRUTH being one of them. Parents, please do your homework because your doctors are not doing their own research. My neighbor took her two daughters to the doctors for a physical. Doctor asked if they wanted their Guardasil shot today. Mom asked the doctor is he would give it to his daughter. No response. Mom said no thank you.
One more reason to educate your kids to not trust anyone regardless of who they are be it strangers or government or police. Mr Brown should consider himself very lucky in the days of the wild west a rope a tree and a horse would have rectified this problem in a hurry . What happened to basic constitutional rights??? This is fundamentally wrong and should be illegal! The pharmaceutical companies are not being held liable for their actions, so who should be help responsible? The state? The doctors administering them? The schools? This is something that can not continue, why does no one speak up?

It is difficult enough for adults to gain access to information about vaccines in order to be able to make an informed choice. In the case of children, if they are given any information at all, it will undoubtedly be misleading, incorrect and incomplete.
Vaccine manufacturers and other promoters including health authorities and the rest of the medical establishment have very little knowledge about the products which they promote. It is grossly insufficient for them to be able to weigh safety factors against the risks.
WHAT MERCK DOES NOT KNOW:
– Whether Gardsasil prevents cancer.
– How long and if the vaccine is effective in preventing infection.
– Relevance of possible booster doses.
– Whether the vaccine targets the relevant virus strains in different countries/regions/races.
– Whether these strains will change in time.
– What the long term serious side effects will be.
– What are the adverse events due to concomitant administration with other vaccines.
– The true number of serious adverse events, as reports in for example VAERS are known to represent only a fraction of the real numbers.
– What the results of clinical trials would be if they had not used their exclusion criteria, but instead a cross section average of groups most likely to be vaccinated.
– Whether there is an increased risk of blood clots when combined with hormonal contraceptive pills.
– Whether there is an increased risk of brain damage due to the presence of polysorbate which facilitates passage of toxic aluminium and other substances through the blood-brain barrier into the brain.
– The consequences regarding hormonal changes in connection with eg puberty and menstrual cycles.
– Health consequences due to the presence of l-histidine and toxic sodium borate.
– The consequences if and when the vaccine is not agitated thoroughly prior to administration.
– Whether there is increased risk of cancer as the vaccine has not been tested for carcinogenicity.
– Whether there is increased risk of cancer due to replacement of some virus strains with new strains which may be more carcinogenic.
– Whether there is increased risk of cancer due to the unexpected discovery of gene manipulated HPV DNA.
– The extent of increased risk of autoimmune diseases due to the vaccine ingredients and especially the recombinant/gene manipulated HPV DNA.
– Consequences due to the HPV DNA being aluminium bound.
– Whether the vaccine will increase the risk of sterility due for example to polysorbate.
– Whether the vaccine will increase the risk of babies being born with anomalies.
– Whether Gardasil is excreted in human milk.
– What is the potential to cause genotoxicity.
Nor does Merck or other vaccine promoters know the complete list of ingredients :
Unexpected discoveries are made, not necessarily by the manufacturer as there is no incentive for them to search for substances which might be detrimental to health. Discoveries have been made long after vaccines have been marketed. Examples are the SV40 (suspected of causing cancer) in polio vaccines, pig DNA in retrovirus vaccine and the recent discovery of aluminium bound recombinant HPV DNA Gardasil, the consequences of which are unknown and may be horrific.
If Merck had known that aluminium bound recombinant DNA was present in the vaccine, this should have been specified in the list of ingredients in the package insert. It was not listed, this being yet one more illustration that they do not know which substances the vaccine actually contains.
The list is of what Gardasil promoters do not know about the vaccine is long and is certainly not complete. The conclusion is that they know very little. Who on earth wants to buy a car from a salesman who knows very little about cars?
The idea that we are required by the state to have our children vaccinated is and has always been preposterous to me. We spent more time and more money in the last decade on making commercials about things that are dangerous for the human body to ingest and process than we have on truly keeping ourselves safe. because I am a MMJ patient, and because I am someone who cannot process pharmaceutically “safe” drugs, I chose to medicate naturally. Yet, that I get sick when I take one Topamax for migraine therapy I am told that the reason I am acting like I am going through the side effects is to give credence to my needing an mmj prescription, which is garbage.
There are people who will end up being part of that population who cannot safely be medicated the conventional way, and I am one of them. When I am told that my daughter needs to take something in order for her to be able to go to school, I begin to further research what it is that she needs to have according to the school, and more, I research what the real reasons are that these drugs are “needed,” and more and more I find that it is not my kids’ safety in mind but the profits and the dependence on these ideals that are being forced down our throats
NO!!! No more! This is madness. Our kids are dying because some fat bastard with too much money wants more. My Gracie is not a lab rat, and I am not going to allow them to force me to turn her into one.
